• Total Relationship Management involving:
• High Level Management Contact
• Strategic Planning with an Account and territory
• New product placement
• Answer detailed client inquiries about the products and methodologies
• Achieve targeted revenue goals
• Inform all clients about the products, announcements, projects, etc.
• Work with other departments (client service, legal, contracts, billing, etc) to ensure that all clients requests / inquiries are managed appropriately
• Maintain accurate records regarding account visits, client conversations, finalized contracts, etc.
• Proactively solicit client feedback regarding new initiatives and future product development
• Provide feedback from clients to Marketing, Sales, Research and Product Development groups
• Superior communication and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Strong sales closing skills
• Strong analytic and quantitative skills – experience in Risk management a plus
• Understanding of / experience dealing with major international institutions including Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Broker / Dealers, Pension Plans, and Consultants
• Strong understanding of the global equity and fixed income markets
• A self starter and highly motivated; ability to work individually and within a team
• Thorough understanding of the Investment Management Process
• Sales experience with a proven record of accomplishment.
• Someone who enjoys intellectual and analytical challenges
• Bachelor’s Degree Required plus MBA, Masters Degree and./ or CFA charter holder
• Extensive travel to client sites.
